To participate in editor rankings, you must apply and be accepted as an editor. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

4. Content Submission and Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit, including videos, images, text, and other materials ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant 2.0Transformers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on the platform
• Use Your Content for promotional and marketing purposes
• Include Your Content in rankings, competitions, and community features
• Embed Your Content using official platform APIs (TikTok, YouTube)

Content Requirements: You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• Your Content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive
• Your Content does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Platform Embeds and Third-Party Content

Our platform displays video content using official embed APIs provided by TikTok and YouTube. By submitting content, you acknowledge that:

• Your content will be embedded using official platform tools
• Platform-specific terms and policies (TikTok, YouTube) also apply
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party platforms
• Embedded content is subject to the terms of service of the respective platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, or their parent companies.

6. Rankings and Competitions

Editor rankings are calculated based on various factors including platform performance metrics, community upvotes, and participation consistency. You acknowledge that:

• Rankings are determined by our proprietary algorithm and may change over time
• We reserve the right to modify ranking criteria at any time
• Rankings are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about their accuracy
• Competition results are final and not subject to appeal unless there is clear evidence of error or fraud

We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to vote manipulation, fake accounts, or misrepresentation.

7. Shop and Purchases

Our shop features 2.0Transformers products and affiliated merchandise. When making purchases:

• All purchases are subject to product availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Refund and return policies are as stated at the time of purchase

8. Prohibited Activities
